After answering a few meal preference questions, you will find yourself looking over your current day's meal plans, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and required snacks between them all. Our meal plans cater uniquely to everyone, from professional athletes to first time healthy meal planners.
What do my meals look like?
You will see that in addition to a quick chart detailing your recommended serving sizes and caloric intakes, you will be given an estimated prep time and breakdown of calories, carbohydrates, proteins and fat per meal with a total for your day being calculated for you at the bottom of each day's meal plan.
I don't have the time.
If you don't have the time available to prepare any one of the listed meals, NO PROBLEM! Just click the "Less Time?" link and a number of quicker meals become available for you to choose from.
What if I don't like today's lunch?
With the click of the "Modify" button, you can exchange a meal for one you've added to your favorite meals list, or browse by meals fitting your food preferences.
