We have observed people eat the same 5-10 breakfasts, lunches, and dinners week after week year after year with little change. We make it easy with your meal plan that helps you from what sauce pan to cook it in, what temperature to set the oven and even what groceries to buy at the store. The only thing we don't provide is the cook.
